A small (9 - 10 mm) leafhopper, mostly mottled green, with red eyes. Capable of jumping and flying. Vertex rather broadly rounded, almost twice as wide as long. Elytra, pronotum and vertex roughened with whitish mottling. Pronotum has conspicuous round black spot in each side, near outer margin of disc.
