The Norwalk section of the Norwalk River Valley Trail. The proposed Norwalk River Valley Trail (NRVT) will provide a 38 mile route (including loops) for cyclists, hikers, and walkers from Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk, Connecticut, north to Danbury, Connecticut. NRVT will connect to rail stations, schools and offices, offering clean, green transportation as well as recreational opportunities. The Norwalk section of the trail runs from Calf Pasture beach, to Veterans Park, to Union Park, to Riverside Cemetary, along the Route 7 Connector, and ends at the Wilton town border, near the i.Park building complex (LA Fitness). This trail is still under development and some areas are currently difficult to access or traverse.
